At QORAL, we are committed to delivering the highest quality silver jewellery. We understand that sometimes an exchange may be necessary, and we’re here to help make that process smooth and clear.
Product Exchanges
We accept exchanges only under the following conditions:
The product is damaged, defective, incorrect, or if you require a size change.
The request must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the order.
The product must be returned in its original packaging, unused, and with all tags and complimentary items intact.
For any damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect product, an unboxing video is mandatory for verification. Claims without this video will not be accepted.
Size Exchanges
Size exchanges are accepted within 7 days of receiving the product.
The item must be in unworn, unused, and original condition, with tags and packaging intact.
Returns & Cancellations
Returns and cancellations are not allowed.
All sales are final.
Only exchanges are permitted within the 7-day period for eligible issues as mentioned above.
Exchange Request Process
To request an exchange, please email us at care@qoral.in with the following details:
Customer Order ID
Product to be exchanged
Reason for exchange (include unboxing video if applicable)
A convenience fee of INR 100 will be deducted for every exchange request.
The replacement product timeframe is 5-7 Days after the returned product is received to us
Replacement/Exchange Product will be delivered in 5-7 business days.
Condition of Complimentary Items
All complimentary items (such as boxes, presentation protectors, cleaning cloths, certification cards, etc.) must be returned in reusable condition.
Missing or damaged items will incur a replacement fee.
Damages and Issues
Claims for missing, incorrect, or defective products must be raised within 2 days of receiving the order.
Only store credit or a gift card will be issued—no cash refunds.
Unboxing video is compulsory for all such claims.
Shipping for Returns
If our courier partner is unable to pick up the exchange item, you will be required to ship the product to our warehouse at your own cost.
Exchange Availability
Exchanges are subject to product availability.
If the desired item is out of stock, you may choose an alternative product or receive a store credit.
Refunds
We do not provide refunds only store credit is applicable, if refund is approved.
All approved exchanges will be compensated via store credit.
Store credit will be credited within 2-3 business days.
